About us
Founded in Helsinki in 2018 our platform helps companies work together with influencers and content creators for short and long term collaborations as well as content sourcing needs. We recently expanded to exclusive talent management and now offer several top creators exclusively through Boksi in both Finland and Germany.
Your role
As our Operations Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and leading our customer-facing operations. You will begin by ensuring smooth client onboarding, guiding customers throughout their journey, and supporting the successful execution of projects - ultimately helping our clients achieve measurable value through Boksi.
You will lead team members in both Finland and Germany, strengthen collaboration across functions, and develop a deep understanding of how our platform works and how we operate in different markets. Once this foundation is in place, your responsibilities will expand to support our broader commercial function by improving cross-team alignment, ensuring consistent processes, and enabling a seamless customer journey from Sales to delivery. You will also play a key role in ensuring that our internal workflows and systems, including HubSpot, are used effectively to support our daily operations.
The location for this position is flexible and can be based in either Helsinki or Hamburg.
What you’ll do:
Lead and oversee the customer journey from onboarding to successful delivery
Build and refine processes that support high-quality, scalable customer operations
Support and mentor team members to ensure strong execution and teamwork
Collaborate across the broader commercial function (including Marketing, Customer Success and Sales) to support aligned and effective ways of working
Maintain and improve internal workflows, documentation and insights that enable efficient scaling across markets
Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) supports clear processes, reliable data and effective day-to-day execution
A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
Strong background in B2B client-facing roles
Proven team lead experience
Experience working with HubSpot
Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and structure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organized and results-oriented working style
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-evolving startup environment
Fluency in English
Bonus points for:
Fluency in German
Understanding of influencer marketing and/or content production
Background in international or fast-paced startup environments
