Account Manager (DACH) (m./w./d.)

Leading brands like Lumene, Saaren Taika, Artdeco, and Seeberger are already using Boksi, but we know we've only reached a fraction of the potential our platform has. Your role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the German market. Your main focus will be nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers - helping them succeed while identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You will also be instrumental in converting customers to our subscription model and ensuring they renew after the initial subscription year.
In the early stages, you will build your own customer portfolio through proactive outbound sales - identifying, approaching, and converting new prospects into long-term customers. You will also collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless customer journey and with our Product team to advocate for customer needs.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hamburg, Germany.
As an Account Manager, you will be a crucial member of our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Account Portfolio Management
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of Boksi’s existing customers in Germany and the DACH region
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Convert existing customers to the subscription model
- Ensure renewals after the initial subscription period
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g. UGC campaigns, exclusive talent access)
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve MRR targets and market expansion goals
- Actively prospect and close new business through outbound efforts
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Comply with CRM guidelines (we use HubSpot) on a daily basis
- Forecast and track key account metrics in the CRM and internal documentation
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive decisions
A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience or interest in a start-up environment, and comfort with fast-paced changes
- Understanding of social media platforms and enthusiasm for Boksi’s mission
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and drive for sales growth
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
