Your Opportunity

Are you ready to dive into the vibrant world of social media marketing and make your mark in our German market? We are seeking dynamic Student Worker to join our team in Hamburg.

Your Role

As a Student Worker in Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence in the German market. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, supporting ad campaigns, and ensuring our marketing materials resonate with local audiences. This position is based in Hamburg and follows a hybrid working model.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Social Media & Advertising Content:

• Create and upload engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including reels, stories, and posts.
• Stay updated on social media trends to optimize engagement and align content with marketing strategy.
• Develop and edit ad content (images, videos, captions) under the guidance of the Growth Marketing Manager.

Translation & Localization:

• Translate and proofread marketing content from English to German, ensuring cultural relevance and quality.

Marketing Support:

• Assist with campaign planning, research, event coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Organize, edit, and repurpose photo and video content from campaigns.

A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Enrolled student in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
• Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A creative mindset, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for marketing and social media trends
• Comfortable being on video and confident in creating engaging content featuring yourself
