Your Opportunity
Are you ready to dive into the vibrant world of customer success and make your mark in one of our markets? We are seeking dynamic Customer Success Managers to join our team in Hamburg.
Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will be to support our customers at all stages of their journey — from onboarding to executing campaigns and driving business growth. Your most important task is reflected in your title: to help customers succeed with their Boksi campaigns and exceed their expectations. You will also work closely with other functions, such as Sales, to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish, and with the Product team to ensure the platform meets customer needs. We operate in a hybrid model, and this position is full-time and based in Hamburg.
A Few Qualities We're Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:
- B2B Customer Relationship Mastery: We highly value expertise in managing B2B customer relationships, projects, and accounts, particularly from experience in Customer Success teams. Your proficiency in leading efficient and effective customer onboarding and meetings is crucial.
- Project Management Mastery: You may handle multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to view your project portfolio holistically, prioritize, delegate, and take action without dropping the ball.
- Proactive Initiative and Results-Driven: Your natural ability to take charge, be proactive, plan independently, and consistently deliver impressive results is essential. We see Customer Success as more than just a role; it's a mindset, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who embodies this philosophy. 🌟
